How it works

It's really simple to get VirtualView tours on your site today! Once a contract has been signed & a production style agreed, simply email our VirtualView team with details of the property you would like us to create a video tour of, include a floor plan, any details you would specifically like us to highlight & a time when filming can take place. We're even happy to collect & return keys from your office if time is tight.

Our team will then take care of the rest, attend the property to meet your negotiator & film as required - this is a short process & depending on the level of detail required can take as little as 20 minutes. The crew will then return to the studio with the captured footage & produce a professionally edited VirtualView tour of the property, complete with floor plans, a voice guide, captioning & your logo.

A "Taster Tour", including up to 6 minutes of professionally produced video is ideal for properties up to 10 rooms. This type of tour also includes a brief video introduction & outline of the area in which the property is located, suitable background music & a voice guide. You also receive 3 DVDs of the final production alongside 1 months online hosting of the tour & support to integrate the VideoView service into your website. The Cost? £225 per property

We also offer other levels of VirtualView tour which take in greater detail & provide additional material. Please get in touch with us for full pricing based on your precise requirements.

All videos are filmed, edited & output to DVD in full HD – online videos are kept at the highest quality technically possible, meaning your properties are shown at their level best with a superior level of detail.

Alongside a small “channel bug” of your logo throughout the duration of the video, all Videos include your agency logo, contact details & details of the property at the end of the video, this is included with every tour & is not included in the “minute duration” of your video.
